Return Policy

At AntiBrnd, we are committed to delivering a satisfying shopping experience. However, due to the personal hygiene nature of our products, returns are only accepted in the case of items received in a damaged condition.

Please Note:
Once a product is opened or used, it cannot be resold or reused. Therefore, returns are not accepted under any other circumstances.

Eligible Return Cases:

Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged, such as leakage, breakage, or other visible damage caused during transit.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@antibrndperfumes.in within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  3. An unboxing video showing the damage and original packaging is required to validate your claim.
  4. In most cases, a return may not be required; refunds are typically issued after verification via photos and video. If a return is necessary, our team will provide return instructions.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

  1. Refunds are issued only for missing or damaged products.
  2. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. For claims involving missing items, damaged, or incorrect products, an unboxing video showing the original packaging is mandatory.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Email us at contact@antibrndperfumes.in with the subject line: “Refund Request”.
  2. Include:
  • Order details
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Unboxing video (if applicable)

Important Notes:

  1. If you receive a tampered, damaged, or defective package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  2. If an order is marked as delivered but not received, notify customer care within 3 days. Claims after this period are not eligible.
  3. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  4. For Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds, customers must provide bank account details. Refunds will be processed within 4–7 working days to the provided account.

Processing Time:

  1. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  2. For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  3. Once approved, a refund may take up to 15 days from the date of approval.
  4. Transaction details and relevant screenshots will be shared upon initiation.

Cancellation Policy

Within 24 Hours:

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before dispatch.
  2. Contact customer service via email or phone with your order details.
  3. Cancellations will incur a 2.5% payment gateway charge.

After Dispatch:

  1. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
  2. For prepaid orders returned to the seller, a fee of ₹75 will be deducted from the refund.

Refund for Cancelled Orders:

Refunds for cancelled orders will be credited to the original payment method within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.
